wow_blood_elfIt never ceases to amaze me, how dedicated gamers are to their gaming experience.  I refrain from using the word obsession here, as I understand what it means to spend hours sitting in front of a computer screen and being totally immersed in an online gaming experience.  I too have been so involved in a game to notice only too late, that the sun was just starting to come up.  Not a good feeling, when you realize your about to be immersed in the real world of a job in just a couple of hours.  I try not to do that too often these days, as I just don’t have the stamina I used to for such gaming marathons.

I try to be a little more efficient in my gaming time these days, what with having to balance a job, family and other responsibilities.  And, I’m not the only person to employ such tactics in their gaming endeavors.  Take World of Warcraft enthusiasts.  WOW as it is otherwise known, is a game that generally requires a lot of hours to get your account and charters to a high level.  All the best gear and privileges are give to players with high ranking accounts.  One way to get such a high ranking account is obviously to spend hours playing the game.  But if you prefer to get to the good stuff earlier, then you can simply buy WOW accounts.  Not everyone that plays approves of the practice, but many do.  With the sheer number of players playing WOW your sure to be able to find plenty of people to play with that don’t mind.

There are a few caveats that should be exercised here, as there is when buying anything online.  You need to do some due diligence for your own protection.  First of all check to see how old the account is .  If it’s only a few days old, then you should be somewhat suspicious.  Ask to see screenshots and preferable videos of the account in action.  While screenshots can be easily faked, videos are a bit trickier.  Finally, try to find a seller that takes credit cards.  Most credit card companies only deal with the most reputable sellers, and will generally support the buyer in the case of a dispute.

While it’s true, that WOW accounts can be expensive to buy, the best part, is that they usually at least hold their value.  Generally speaking, they will increase in value overtime.  If for some reason you ever get tired of playing World Of Warcraft, you can always sell WOW accounts you’ve grown tired of.  If you’ve played with the account for any period of time, and are a half way decent player, then chances are your account will have attained higher levels of experience.  In that case, you should be able to sell it for more than you paid for it.  Kind of like getting paid to play games.  Nothing wrong with that!
